I offer individual Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) sessions, as well as group sound baths.
In my work, I use therapeutic singing bowls, a grounding bowl, an OM bowl, chimes, and a gong — all carefully selected through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA). Their sounds gently surround the body, helping you release tension and drift into a deep sense of calm, much like during meditation. I also teach online yoga with a gentle focus on alignment, mindful movement, and personal care. With over 10 years of experience, I create a warm and peaceful space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself.
