Steven O’Neal is a twenty year military veteran, RYT/SSCP/VSTCLP, certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga disciplines, Sky Styx methodology, and a Vibrational Sound Therapy Licensed & Certified Practitioner.
The calling of yoga brought Steven to the mat and there was an immediate connection to the practice of body, mind and spirit. Yoga has forever changed his life in ways that go beyond expression.
