I am a Colorado native proud to bring support and healing to our communities. I provide Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Group Sound Meditations for individual groups and/or working with yoga instructors. I am blessed to have extensive training in law enforcement, peer support, mental health, trauma informed care and mindfulness. I am dedicated to continuing my training and education so that I bring all of this into my practice to create a safe space and deepen the relaxation experience for all I am blessed to work with.
