My name is Javelin Hardy owner and operator of Healing from the Heart. I decided to write a series of books to, not only help those who are survivors of sexual truama understand they are not alone but to create positive changes in people's lives. To to help them to manage negative memories and move forward with their lives in a more constructive way.
I have had a great deal of success with my clients on a one-to-one basis, but want to help more people by teaching some simple yet life-changing techniques. I provide TREM groups -Trauma Education and Empowerment courses. I am a Reiki & Sound Therapy Practitioner and I have my I & II certification. My focus is now on healing the body that has experienced trauma. The techniques of Reiki is to unblock and balance the areas in your body which needs healing the mind, body and spirit. |
