Jessica is a registered nurse and integrative wellness coach, affectionately known for her heart-centered approach and passion for a holistic approach to health and healing. Throughout her 20+ years in healthcare, Jessica has practiced in a variety of settings including military nursing in the U.S. Air Force. These days, Jessica strives to bridge the gap between traditional and alternative medicine by empowering people with integrative options to help manage issues related to chronic stress, pain, fatigue, and anxiety. She knows first-hand that conventional medicine alone can often be complex, limiting or produce unwanted side-effects. Besides offering Vibrational Sound Therapy, she teaches and coaches clients to care for themselves with powerful practices such as breathwork, meditation, guided imagery, EFT (aka tapping), and Reiki. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Public Health, is board-certified in Holistic and Integrative Nurse Coaching, and Usui Reiki Master.
