When Mindie first attended a sound bath and experienced the blissful effects, she knew she needed to learn more about singing bowls. When she bought her first set of bowls, she fell in love with them and wanted to share the benefits of sound healing with others. She plays crystal quartz and Himalayn bowls for meditation classes, sound baths, and yoga classes. Mindie's passion is playing her bowls for those going through tough times in their lives and are in need of some peace from their daily routine. She has volunteered at a women's sober house playing a weekly sound bath meditation and also holds weekly classes for those in recovery. Mindie is also a certified Reiki practitioner and uses tuning forks to help release tension and energy, to promote emotional balance and well-being.
