Peroutka is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist. She is also an EMDR Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.
Peroutka uses Art Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Hypnosis, HMR (Holographic Memory Resolution), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Play Therapy and Vibrational Sound Therapy to treat a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, eating disorders, self-injury, abuse and depression. She assures clients that Art Therapy requires no experience in the “arts” only a willingness to explore the creativity within. |
